One to One
Personal Training

One to One personal training consists of
an hour and fifteen minutes of boxing training.
We will train you in the same way that we would train one of our up and coming young boxers - or Mike Tyson!
It consists of:
skipping
bag work
pad work
technical work
leg work
body sparring
running circuit
cardio-vascular circuit
and
stomach conditioning
